That's great; new crap but where is the support. Where the hell are the map updates for people who bought your old units. No real contact on the website, their facebook page has eliminated any comments for their wall and I'll bet they don't even check out this blog. A garmin or Tom Tom is in my very near future. At least I can get a hold of them!
